Quezon Management Services Inc. Philippine Branch Office (QMSI) serves as the administrative arm of Quezon Power (Philippines), Limited Co. (QPL) and San Buenaventura Power Ltd. Co. (SBPL).
ADMINISTRATION
QMSI is in charge of the administration of key commercial contracts, including power purchase agreement, operations and maintenance contract, coal procurement, and other commercial agreements such as diesel oil and fly ash contracts.
PLANNING
QMSI also covers accounting and tax functions; reporting, budgeting and business planning; financing; and insurance procurement for the projects.
COMMUNITY RELATIONS
QMSI oversees QPL and SBPL’s Public Relations and Community Relations programs which include health care, education, livelihood, and environment in the municipality of Mauban and Quezon Province. It maintains close cooperation with the community, including local authorities in Mauban.
MANAGEMENT
The Health Safety and Environment (HSE) that includes permit management as well as the transmission line management likewise falls under QMSI.
